Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During new collection launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

VERDICT by Judge is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, VERDICT by Judge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears to be missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if you need assistance.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
